Over the years we have found that when a client, who is about to or has recently started a business, contacts us about our services, their understanding and perception of our role is extremely narrow. Most think that we are there solely to prepare accounts and save tax. Clearly both are true but this is a far cry from our real role. It has never ceased to amaze us the number of times a client has said "I didn't realize you did that".
